Admission tickets purchased online do not have a specified date or time reservation, does not have an expiration date, and can be used whenever you plan on visiting JFGM. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and a second e-mail containing e-ticket(s). There is one general admission line for all guests, whether tickets are purchased online or in person. JFGM Members receive expedited entry to the Garden with front-of-the-line access.
Due to the nature of the space, please be aware that the garden includes uneven terrain, steep hills, and narrow passageways. ADA-accessible pathways are available throughout the area, and visitors are encouraged to consider their mobility needs when planning a visit. For your comfort and safety, closed-toe shoes are recommended. By purchasing a ticket and entering the garden, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions and assume any risks associated with navigating the grounds.

By purchasing a ticket, I agree and consent to the rules and regulations of the Japanese Friendship Garden & Museum. I acknowledge and give JFGM consent that I may be recorded, videotaped and photographed by an onsite news crew or JFGM staff. I further understand that no compensation will be provided to me for use of my image and that I may not be informed in advance of the specific use of my image.
