Tanimura Tango is the 20th generation head of the Tanimura Family who has mastered the secrets of Ichigohaden like his ancestors. Takayama has been the center of Japanese tea whisk making for more than 500 years, and the Tanimura family is one of the three existing family of the Chasenshi 13 family whose surname was given by the Tokugawa shogunate during the Edo period.
